RELAXATION

Relaxation is the first and foremost principle of Systems because when it comes to encounter a person gets tensed and in the process loses themselves. With the ability to be relaxed, a person's mind will only be tensed thinking of ways to counter any attack and the rest of the body will be free and relaxed in such a way that it will be able to move freely with any desired speed in any direction.

BREATHING

Breathing is the most important task in any combat. When a person is able to breathe freely and continuously only then he can meet the requirements of any combat. Continuous and interrupted breathing is the only way to perform with the maximum capacity

CONSTANT MOVEMENT

Constant movement or kinetics is the third principle of systems. Constant movement or mechanics of the body affect the dynamics of a person and make the person of everything happening around him and enables him/her to find ways to counter them.

After a 60 or 90-minute Jiu-Jitsu class, your body and gi will be soaked in sweat. Jiu-Jitsu is different because it's a full-body workout. From the warm-ups consisting of jogging and calisthenics to the continued movement throughout the classes, you will be expanding and contracting muscles you might not have ever used before.
